I’m someone who just eats because it’s a necessity to sustain life. I don’t love food. I don’t go out of my way to eat certain foods. I don’t have giant cravings. I literally just eat to live. I thought I was alone until I went to a live taping of Anderson Cooper’s short-lived talk show. Anderson Cooper eats the same thing everyday for every meal just because he has to eat. I never knew others felt the same way. Yes, I appreciate great tasting food. Yes, I do have small cravings. But, overall, it’s just eat to survive.

Because of my lack of food enthusiasm, meal prepping is easy for me. I make the same meal and eat it everyday. The meal consists of 3 components: a meat, a grain and a green veggie. I choose chicken, brown rice & spinach as my meal of choice. Sometimes I’ll change it up with quinoa and escarole. But there really isn’t much variation. To give the meal some flavor, I use the following products:


MOORE’S MARINADES

Marinading is an easy way get some flavor into your meat. Moore’s has a variety of marinades and sauces that will be appealing to everyone’s taste buds. There is a flavor for you. Buffalo is easily my fave. I love the heat. It actually makes a pleasurable experience that causes my taste buds jump for joy for more.

FLAVOR GOD

If you did not have time to marinade, seasonings will also add a punch of flavor. Flavor God has a plethora to choose between. Ranch is my fave. Literally sprinkle on prior to cooking to really bake the flavor in or you can wait until you’re about to eat to apply. It’s really up to you!
