I love to cook and I love to add a new experience to a classic food. Buffalo flavored chicken is one of my favorite kind of chicken. I literally eat it on a weekly basis…on my pizza…at 4am on Saturdays. (Not sorry.) Why not have it in my mac and cheese? I altered a recipe I found online and made it my own…using five cheeses, campanelle pasta and Red Hot buffalo sauce. I wanted to class it up from basic ingredients.
It took out amazing and I am so proud of it. Give it a try!
