Constrained Details

March 11, 2014

This spring (let’s at least pretend it’s spring), I’m all about prints and color pops with details. You’re going to see a lot of printed shirts in the near future with subtle hits of bright color throughout my looks. This look is pretty much head-to-toe Asos and I’m all about it. A speckled blazer + leopard print shirt + hints of lime green and pink = a vibrantly spring look.

My new favorite bag is this green leather Coach tote. Unfortunately, it’s already sold out because it’s just that amazing! I’ve wanted a new leather tote that can handle my commutes, be light in weight and hold an assortment of daily needs. This tote passed this challenge. It has become my daily go-to bag. Also, the color matches just about everything I wear. It’s a great complement to any look.

Throughout the look, I mention I have small details that help complete the look. My favorite tie clip is this silver mustache. I can’t wear it without getting a compliment. I’m not hating.

I also love love love my polka dot lime green socks. It’s the bright playful fun that brings the look to life. It’s complemented by the pink shoelaces I added to my desert boots. Who makes these vibrant accessories? Wits + Beaux. They are a great find and you’ll be seeing these details popping up in future posts.

I even changed up my normal black or brown wrist accessories for this AMAZING white banded watch by Rakani. The falling number combined with the white leather just made this watch a must have. It’s different, unique and lust-worthy.

ALSO, if you do not change out your laces for a colorful thread, you need to. Seriously.
